2. Text Messaging Program (SMS)

Program Description: By opting into SMS notifications, you agree to receive recurring marketing updates, concert notifications, and tour alerts from GYG Associates Ltd (DBA The Alright Guys).

Cost & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on event schedules and band updates.

Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to opt out. After sending STOP, we will send a confirmation SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt back in.

Help & Support: If you need help with our text service, text HELP to reply, or email ian@gygusa.com.

Carriers: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Limitation of Liability

GYG Associates Ltd is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages sent via mobile carriers.
